Website & booking terms.

By booking a stay or joining a Gathering waitlist, you agree to the terms below. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Bookings. A booking is confirmed once payment is received. Rates are quoted per cottage in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

Guest conduct. The homestead is a private working family home. We ask that guests treat the property, the animals and the surrounding bushland with care.

Cancellations. See our cancellation policy.

Liability. Guests visit the property, walk the trails and use the pool and firepit at their own risk. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
